The Buffalo native circled the globe several times working for a major cruise line studing regional cuisines throughout the world.  Rizzo has cooked for the Dalai Lama, President Bill Clinton and other high profile individuals, but treats every Della Terra guest like he or she is a visiting royalty.   The Patio   The terrace at Della Terra features both a fire pit for warm conversation and fine wines, as well as an outdoor show grill grill bringing seasonal specialities to a special oasis in the middle of the Central Business District. Guests may enjoy cocktails, snacks or a full meal al fresco amid the bustle of the business day or excitement of the Entertainment District night. The Lounge After work, following a show or just for the legendary steak sandwiches, the Lounge offers top shelf selections at the bar and on the menu.  Meet a group of friends at the bar, or perhaps just one special person at tables for two separated from the active bar by high banquette setting. Whether your tastes are rare cognac or draft beer, the Lounge has your glass ready.  Happy hour M-F, 5 - 7 p.m.
