The founder of the company, Daniel Gestwick, has 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Dan started as a physician recruiter in 1990, placing doctors in the surgical specialties across the United States. For the past 15 years Dan has specialized in engineering, manufacturing and management level placement, primarily with companies based in the Western and Central New York Marketplace. During this time Dan has placed over 160 candidates with close to 70 different companies. Comparatively, there are very few recruiters in the market with this same level of experience and success.
