The long anticipated opening occurred in June of this year. As expected, the crowds were abundant and the early reviews are very positive.   El Casino serves authentic Mexican Cuisine in a beautiful open dining room decorated with Mexican artifacts, sombreros, art works of the famed Mexican artist, Diego Rivera,  and The Wheel of Fortune.    I addition to standard Mexican fare, such as tacos, fajitas and burritos, El Casino offers House Specialties, including the EL CASINO SPECIAL: a grilled T-Bone steak served with 1 enchilada, 1 chile relleno, rice, beans, lime, guacamole and salsa made tableside, tortillas, and a small salad. Addition House Specials include the FULL HOUSE (a grilled NY Strip Steak), COCTEL DE CAMARON (shrimp cocktail), and the FOUR OF A KIND.    Diners at El Casino can expect the finest and freshest ingredients for all its dishes. While you wait for your  entrees, you will be treated to fresh made salsa and chips, but not just jar salsa-a trained staff member will prepare your fresh salsa at your tableside while you watch and enjoy the show. Whether you like your salsa hot, medium, or mild, you can enjoy it made special to suit your taste.   After an enjoyable Mexican diner experience, diners are welcome to spin THE WHEEL OF FORTUNE. Located in a separate alcove in the dining room, each diner will have a chance at winning a complimentary gift, possibly an expensive watch or jewelry, perhaps a trinket, or even a musical instrument. It all depends how well you spin the wheel.   El casino welcomes Canadian diners and tourists taking in the breath-taking sites of Niagara Falls and all its worldly splendor. Chairs were exceptionally comfortable and the restaurant was spotless... We will definitely return... They are waiting for their liquor license, the only item that could make it better is a margarita! I highly recommend this restaurant!
